Sir,
I am Md. Ali Ansari, a Master of Social Work from Aligarh Muslim
University (2006-08 batch). The renowned university provides dual
specializations in Human Resource Management & Community Work. The
latter one specialization covers a wide range of field work
experiences in case work, group work and community work. Case
counselling in medical and psychiatry, study of drop-out students,
XR-conversion, group meetings on different issues of health and
hygiene, parent-teachers’ meet, meetings on RCH-components etc. are
the essentials of our field works.
I was placed in the deptt. of pediatrics, JNMC, AMU, Aligarh as
a case counsellor for behavior modification of significant others,

My summer training was held in Praxis, Patna office, where I
worked on Land – Issues with the help of Ekta Parishad (a local body
of landless people fighting for their land rights).I saw villages

Darbhanga district) and extra-shortage of water ( in Betia district)
and presented a study “Problems of Land Reforms in Bihar”. Also I
contributed the organization in drafting village maps of around 20
villages.

utilizes the subordinates to the best possible extent of their
potentials and eyes on the ultimate goal of the organization.
