Desired Candidate Profile: Proficiency in analysis
Expertise in design methodology
Experience in suggesting interactivity and media to content developers
Understanding of customers’ and end-users needs
Familiarity with instructional design
Proficiency in illustration
Very good communication skills
Familiarity with software packages (like Dream weaver or HTML / DHTML editing packages, Flash 5 and above versions, Director 7 and above versions, 3-D Studio Max and Photoshop 6 and above versions), audio editing software (like Sound Forge, Creative Wave)
