Job Description:
At Pronto Solutions, we will train you, how to interact with our team members in a web design environment. We shall offer professional assistance to fine-tune your design skills using web design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash and other web design tools. Trainee shall be assisted in understanding website architecture, user experience, color theory and color management on the web, proper file formats, compression methods and techniques, web design strategy and other essential elements and subjects covering each aspect of the WWW and the Internet etc. Trainee shall also gain an insight about Networking & Internet technologies and elements related to Web design technologies. Trainee shall also have the opportunity to collaborate and work along with Pronto Solutions Staff and their clients in the US on large database-driven web design & development projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are currently looking for Trainee Web Designers to join our fast paced TEAM PRONTO The ideal applicant should have some previous experience with graphic and web design programs and with the following programs and languages: HTML Dreamweaver Fireworks Adobe Photoshop CS, Corel Draw Flash (helpful, but not required) JavaScript and ASP (helpful, but not required)

Skills:
Exposure to web design concepts and Information Architecture.
Work with existing staff to build mockups and prototypes, establish and create style guidelines and style guide documents as project deliverables.
Design and implement creative designs and graphics using HTML and CSS.
Work with external vendors to collaborate on creative web designs.
Produce a consistent visual image across our web sites.
Communicate with peers and management.
Positive contributor to team environments.
Strong research experience using the WWW.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative and artistic vision.
Superior organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
A good sense of humor.
