The primary objective of this project is to find the employee satisfaction in “Brakes India Private limited”. Employees opinion about his job, salary, incentives, motivation, superior-subordinate relationships, job stress and his experience in the organization was collected through a questionnaire and appropriate statistical tools was used to analyze and interpret the data’s to find the overall employee satisfaction.

Role Of Responsibility :

· Framed the questionnaire and collected the data’s from the employees.

· Analysis, tabulation, and interpretation of data was done to find the overall
employee satisfaction.

Participated in Southzone Team event and secured winners.
