Job Description : To ensure timely and proper updation of operating procedures & adherence to the same in processing transactions.
Continuous Improvement in Productivity to the standards prescribed for the Processes from time to time.
Upholding the Values of the Group and Company at all times
Compliance with all applicable Rules/ Regulations and Company and Group Policies
Comply with Group Money Laundering Prevention Policy and Procedures to the extent applicable and reporting all breaches of security to the Line Manager.
To ensure prompt and effective responses to the various queries and requests from the CPC and GSSC.
To enthusiastically participate in the Quality initiatives of the organization and achieve expected results in the work place.

Act as back up for other SDU Mangers
Ensure archival / retrieval process.
Corporate Actions Team ?SSC
Message Control and Settlement Team
Billing Team
FSETT TeamNCS Support Team
Accurate and Timely processing of Transactions.
To provide Excellent Service
To report issues and solutions
Desired Profile :  Update product / process / systems guides that exist for processes migrated into the hub.
Get information on products and processes, and prepare fresh manuals where they do not exist.
Prepare presentations for new recruits and refresher training on different products of countries and on AML, BCP trainings, etc.
Regular feedback on training sessions held, which will be a tool for measuring the effectiveness of training.
