Job Description : -Procuring the desired profiles according to the requirement is given by sales manager
-Negotiating the rate with the 3rd party employers and consultants
-Understand the technical terms and should be able to conduct technical and HR interviews with consultants

Desired Candidate Profile : -We are looking the candidates whose back ground as MBA, B.Sc, B.Com, B.A and other non technical graduates only
-Candidate must possess Excellent communication skills, Interpersonal skills Coordinating skills and Negotiating skills
-Candidates who are willing to work at night shifts
-Should be proficient in MS Office(Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Good understanding of Job portals like Dice and Monster, Hot Jobs etc.
