Job Description: - Handle inbound German calls from Customers and/or Merchants giving excellent customer service and meeting the business needs.
- Respond to e-mails and/or chat from customers online, presenting a professional image of Swiss-One at all times.
- Escalate queries to a supervisor and/or Swiss-One Head Office as appropriate, and ensure these hand-offs are completed in a timely fashion.
- Log contact history for callers.
- Communicate verbally and in writing between customers, merchants, Swiss-One Head Office and colleagues, and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests and written instructions.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance, punctuality and appearance.
- Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the role, and take responsibility for own learning.

Desired Profile:  Written/Spoken GERMAN Skills (For a certain number of agents)
- Minimum of two years experience in either a UK or Canadian Customer Facing Role.
- Experience of GERMAN Written Communication to either Canadian or UK customers.
- Numerate.
- High standard of written and spoken GERMAN.
- Degree level.
- Competence in Windows based tools (Outlook/Word/Excel)

Desirable:- Banking Industry Experience
Education: UG – Any Graduate – Any Specialization
PG – Any PG Course – Any Specialization
