Job Description:
1.End User Training and Orientation (Ongoing activity)
To maintain the list of end users and keep track of changes to this list based on new joiners and transfers in close alignment with Master Data Management team.
Provide mySAP Orientation and module Training to the new joined employee
Help to conduct end user training program for new joined/ Transferred employees
To Maintain & Upgrade End user training documentation
Help to plan and conduct Refresher courses for end users
Help to publish regular circulars, write ups and notes for general awareness
All above activities should be carried out under the supervision of Consultant
2.System Usage Audit (Monthly activity)
Plan the AUDIT Program sub-module wise & process wise
Execute the AUDIT activities as per planned
Submit the AUDIT REPORT and suggest the ways of improvements
Check on ongoing basis the whether the objectives of the module implementation are met.
Keep track of the implementations of the suggestions.
Above activity is the prime reponsibilty of Asst Consultant.
3.Business process review (BPR) (Annual activity)
Help to coordinate with business process owners for conducting the BPR activities and finalize the project plan for BPR
Prepare BPR Documentation & raise the configuration Change requests
Update the configurations and developments done for Business requirements
Obtain Sign Offs from Business Process Owners for BPR
All above activities should be carried out under the supervision of Consultant
