Job Description : Opening is for a Top Global IT Company, client of WDC.
Selected candidates will be Team Member of WDC and will be involved for large International Projects with our MNC client
Desired Profile: 1) Male candidates with graduation / diploma
2) Very good communication, coordination & client interaction skills
3) Good knowledge of service desk software’s, call logging tools, processes ( HP openveiw, Track IT, Remedy, Unicenter, Call tracker & etc )
4) Good knowledge of computers ( Basics, MS office – word / excel )
5) Should be ready to work in shifts ( Including night shift )without pick/drop facility
6) Requirements are for NOIDA & Gurgaon hence candidates from nearby areas are preferred
7) Candidates with IT process knowledge are preferred
Experience of around 1 months To 2 year is preferred
