Required Skills:  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of the end to end recruitment process.
- Good understanding of Software technologies, and the ability to screen resumes and understand the requirements.
- Effectively discuss technologies with the candidate and identify the right position for the candidate’s profile.
- Multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- IT recruitment experience preffered.
Education: B.B.A, BCA, B.E/B.Tech, B.Sc, MBA, MCA, M.Sc, PG Diploma 
Special Skills- – Self-starter, with an assertive & persuasive attitude.
- Confident in their abilities.
 
Critical Requirements- – Needs to have good communication skills, with experience in the IT Recruitment (0- 6 months).
- Working together as a team to achieve a common goal.
