Job Description : Interacting with the clients (their HR team and hiring Managers).
Understand the profile and the openings from the Companies. Source Candidate from the various sources like Database, Job Portals, references, Head Hunting and word of month.
Screen the candidates based on the current openings and shortlist them based on the CV and then discussion with the candidates.
Do telephonic Interviews and discuss the profile with the candidates.
Schedule the Short-listed Candidates for the Interview.
Maintain MIS and database

Desired Candidate Profile : Fresher or Experience 0 to 2 years of Experience with excellent communication skills can apply for the position.
Working Knowledge of Computers (Like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, e mail ) is must.
