Job Description : Candidate will be responsible for :-
Client Interaction -Meeting clients and solving their queries, Final Inspection of the apartments along with the client and addressing the snags and follow up with the same along with facilities and projects and once done informing the same to the client and so for the handover.
Coordinating with brokers, buyer and seller for transfer of plot / Apartment and preparing Transfer Report for Management. Taking care of Possessions which include all paperwork starting from Interest Calculations, making Payment Plan, Final Demand Letters, Collection and Giving Possessions.

Desired : Candidate should be a MBA/Graduate/fresher with Excellent communication skills.Only Male candidates need to apply.
Should have the ability to consistently perform under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
