Job Description : The Trainees will have a wide range of arenas to expand their horizons at Dicitex Dcor.
The fields would be:
1.Special Projects: It could be related to some special projects that would be allotted for a time period that would give an opportunity for the Trainees to prove their worth.
The projects would be related to their own specialized fields.

2.The other fields of work are:
a.MIS Study
b.Customer Relation Management
c.New Business Development
d.Marketing

The candidates would be required to work with the respective departments hand in hand and learn the work process and practically demonstrate the learning experience.

To get clarity:
1.For managing and improving operations, capital projects, working out of MDs office basically with good project management skills and an interest to handle a mixed portfolio for any improvement and growth project in the company.
2.Candidates should be with some systems background so that he can be positioned in all the new IT initiatives the company is taking to facilitate further improvement and support the targeted growth.
3.For marketing, branding, business development portfolio so MBA with marketing would be preferred.
4. Candidates with finance background for MIS, data crunching kind of profile can work out of MDs office.
