Job Description : Setting up back office operations including finalization of rental premises, getting the interiors done, recruitment of back office staff.
Looking after smooth running of operations
Liaison with government departments like STPI.
Responsible for providing administrative support to Managing Director Damco Solutions UK 

Desired Profile : We are looking for a young energetic professional who can start the operations from scratch.
Enthusiastic, self motivated and hardworking professional
Zeal to take on leadership positions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Understanding of the outsourcing industry

Any experience in starting up new operations, HR, administration or operations would be a big plus.
