Job Description : Following up on customer pending SRs that are stalled
Perform/deliver PR calls
Provide status updates to customers for RMAs
Submit MOR requests and send team reminders.
Desired: Basic qualifications would be exceptional communication skills, and, reasonably solid computer experience.
Any graduate with minimum 6 months of experience with exceptional communication skills, CCNA not required.

Hi Mam/Sir,
I am Divya working in Tech Mahindra as a Technical Associate. I did my MCA and joined Tech Mahindra in Aug 07. Now I want to join Aricent as I have two reasons for that…one is I have heard a lot of good things about the company.Other thing is that I’m wiling to come to Gurgaon. I have undergone technical training in Tech Mahindra and 1 month training in Mainframe too.
