Job Description : Position reporting into the Country Manager India Operations would involve supporting the Country Manager in all operational aspects including:
o Coordinating sales follow ups for Sales & pre sales teams
o Cordinating Marketing and PR activities for brand building and joint activities with business partners in India
o Provide support for back end agencies on Marketing, PR, and Order Management & Finance
o Administrative support on office infrastructure, Travel etc
Desired proficiency : Good communication skills , written and speaking fluency in English
- Extrovert, keen on customer facing interactions
- Team player, ability to dynamically adapt to the growing needs of a new start up operation in India with a Multinational, a market leader in its space
- Exposure to processes and sales operations in typical Multinational environments would be an added advantage
- Prior exposure to the HR domain would be a plus
- Proficiency of Office automation tools a must
- Prior exposure to high performing environments desired
