Job Description:

• Must be able to make outbound phone calls.
• Must be able to understand UK/ US accent.
• Must be a quick learner
• Must be able to handle high call volume, mostly outgoing
• Preferably from an IT educational background.
• Must be comfortable to talk about technology products and services.
• Must be able to connect with IT director / CIOs and be able to arrange meetings.
• Generate sales leads based on prospective customers through the company database and customer lists.
• Prepare activity and forecast reports as required.
