Job Description :
We are looking for intelligent and positive people to join our Quality Assurance team. Your primary function will be to support the QA needs of the Central Technology Group’s social networking initiatives. You will be responsible for test plan creation, test execution, development, troubleshooting, scheduling, and use of automated scripts. You will also be responsible for full functionality testing of pre-release game features, websites, and other social networking proejcts, reporting and verifying anomalies in project databases, and working in constant liaison with other departments throughout the company worldwide.

Supporting testing requests
Understanding white papers and technical specification documents
Developing focused black-box and white-box test plans
Development and execution of automated scripts (LoadRunner, DeviceAnywhere, Python, etc.)
Meticulous bug database management

Desired :
Strong understanding of Web protocols, specifically HTTP and standard request methods (GET, POST, PUT, etc.)
Intermediate knowledge and experience with LoadRunner and QTP.
Understanding Web development and web transactions
Knowledge of HTML, FLASH, XML, PHP, AJAX, JavaScript, and Forms
Understanding of one or multiple modern programming languages
Excellent communication skills
Sharp attention to detail
Willingness and ability to remain focused in a team-oriented environment
Aptitude to learn quickly and adjust
Capability and readiness to lead testing on new departmental initiatives
Superb work ethic
