Responsibilities: As an IT recruiter you’ll be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, screening qualified candidates through the phone. Initiate and follow through on all recruiting activities to attract and recruit for all of the companies openings. You will need to utilize your networking skills in order to locate top talent for positions including Project Managers, Architects, Application Developers, Business Analysts, etc. This position is also responsible for completing phone interviews with the candidates to ensure viability, and working to close the candidate during the offer process.

A Successful Candidate Will Have:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload IBM/PC experience Self-motivation Discretion Detail-orientation.
Looking for both Fresher candidates and candidates with more experience.
