Job Description : 1) Attending Calls of customers related to ticketing & reservation.
2) Solving Customer queries.
3) Customer Satisfaction.
4) Boundry limits: Central-Dadar to Kalyan; Western- Upto Colaba, Mira-Road, Bhyander; Harbour- Wadala to Kharghar.
5) Transport facility will be available. 

Desired :  Candidate should have graduate, fresher can also apply. Undergraduate with 6 months experience. Candidate having excellent communication skill, candidate will have to work in rotational shifts including night shift.
