Experience : 0 – 3 Years 

Job Description : Make the 3rd Party Card/1st Party Collection Calls to US.
Adhere to Collection targets on monthly basis.
Adhere to the Login hrs & maintain the desired AHT Levels.
Ensure that all the calls are under FDCPA norms & thereby maintain optimum level of Quality over the calls. 

Desired : Must be a Graduate or Final year student.
Minimum 6months + experience in 3rd Party Collection or Ist Party Collections (US)
Excellent communication, Interpersonal and presentation skills.
Must Possess excellent reasoning skills.
