Job Description : CCEs required for Customer Query Resolution through:
Phone (Inbound/Outbound) 

Desired : Prospective candidate should have a minimum experience* of 9 months with a call center engaged in Customer Service.
Candidate must be able to speak both English and Hindi fluently without Regional or Mother Tongue Influence.
He/She must also have an English Typing Speed of minimum 20wpm with 90% accuracy.
