Designation : Customer Care Executive : Walk-in interviews
Job Description : A Customer Care Executive will be responsible for answering calls from dishtv subscribers.
He/She will achieve Customer Satisfaction, Query Resolution and industry standard of communication as will be prescribed.
Desired : Prospective candidate should have a minimum experience* of 9 months with a call center engaged in Customer Service.
Candidate must be able to speak both English and Hindi fluently without Regional or Mother Tongue Influence.
He/She must also have an English Typing Speed of minimum 20wpm with 90% accuracy.
