Job Title : Customer Care Executive : Walk-in interviews

Job Description : CCEs required for Customer Query Resolution through:
Phone (Inbound/Outbound)
Desired : Prospective candidate should have a minimum experience* of 9 months with a call center engaged in Customer Service.
Candidate must be able to speak both English and Hindi fluently without Regional or Mother Tongue Influence.
He/She must also have an English Typing Speed of minimum 20wpm with 90% accuracy.
Freshers may also apply
Candidates who can communicate in any one of the following languages along with Hindi and English may also apply:
Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Gujrati and Oriya.

Hello sir…Myself kamet from delhi..I want to join ur organization.pleaase tell me the dates for interview…I’d already appeared for an interview 3 months before in ur company and i was a shortlisted candidate and mr Neeraj called me up next day for final induction but i didnt managed to came bcz of some problem..Please do inform me if i am able to resume that status again else i’ll again appear for interview…
