Job Description : The job involves analysis of receivables due from healthcare insurance companies and initiation of necessary follow-up actions to get reimbursed. This will include a combination of voice and non-voice follow-up along with undertaking appropriate denial and appeal management procedures. On the job training will be provided.

Desired : Graduates (any stream) – BCom/ BSc/ BA/ BHotel Mgt/ etc, with a minimum of 50% in English
Should possess good oral and written communication skills
Prior exposure in a customer service / facing environment is desirable. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply!!!
Willingness to work in a fixed night shift as per US Time Zones
Typing speed of minimum 25 wpm is preferred
Well versed with MS-Office
Ability to work with speed & accuracy
Undergraduates With 1 yr. of experience can also be considered
