1. Working on General Accounts/Accounts Receivable/Accounts payable/Reconciliation
2. Solving Customer Queries
3. Maintaining accuracy of information given and documented.
4. Adhering to standard operating procedures required by the process.
5. Should be able to work in rotational night shifts .
6. Ensuring Better Customer Experience
