Job Title : Assistant/Executive Procurement – German Language

Experience  : 0 – 3 Years

Job Description :
Handle inbound / outbound German calls from Customers giving excellent customer service and meeting the business needs. Respond to e-mails and/or chat from customers Communicate verbally and in writing between customers and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests and written instructions. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and customers alike. Reports & MIS

Desired :
0 to 3 years of Experience in German Communication to the
Job timing: 7 PM to 4 AM
customersExcellent Communication Skills
Diploma/Certificate in Language German ; students can also apply.Fluency in verbal communications in French/Spanish language.Fluency in verbal communications in English.
