Job Location: Mumbai, Mumbai Suburbs

Job Description :

1. Handling incoming calls, queries, Scheduling Appointments, Meeting.
2. Attending all the visitors and customers and quickly make them meet with the available concerned person.
3. Attending & making all the telephone calls and passing to the concerned person/ department
4. Forwarding of e-mails and telephonic messages to the concerned person and giving the response.
5. Coordination with other department.
6. Taking care of the Administrative Requirements also
7. Tracking function- office records, updating files.
8. Handling all office correspondence independently E-mails, Faxes and general.

Desired :

1. Graduate with 1 year relevant experience
2. High comfort level with internet, office applications like MS Excel, Word etc.
3. Decent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Well groomed personality – Matured and confident.
5. Ability to work with Top Management and contribute effectively.
6. Strong ability to identify and absorb information and data.
