Job Description :
Analyst –Capital Assets Planning & Analysis:
Liaise with Procurement and Corporate Services teams to ensure appropriate accounting of Capital Asset acquisitions
Review, research and clear reconciliation differences between General Ledger and Fixed Assets sub ledger
Ensure monthly roll forward of Fixed Asset accounts
Perform lease commitment analysis and prepare external reporting disclosures
Prepare management reports and variance analysis for occupancy expenses
Analyze global exit properties and related write-offs
Liaise with Tax Department for entity reporting
Assist in the planning and coordination of the firm wide budget process

Analyst – Investment Management Division Controllers

Desired :
Undergraduate degree in Accounting (B.Com.)
Relevant work experience is in any of the above
Able to easily grasp new concepts
Flexible and able to work well under pressure
Adept at multi-tasking and able to work in a team environment
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access) required.
