Technical Recruiter will perform following duties:-
Searching Candidates from various Jobsites such as Monster/Dice and company database. Matching resumes with requirements.
Interviewing candidates to judge their fit for the position.
Submitting suitable candidates to the clients.
Should be able to work in Night Shifts
Desired Candidate Profile : Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
Strong analytical and Technical skills,
Experience in providing recruiting services to US clients
Good understanding of Technology- Call Center/ IT Faculty experience is a plus.
Any Graduate with some IT Knowledge
