Job Description :
The candidate will be responsible for design and development of the Graphic team of Interactive & Flash Presentations, websites and design works

1.Responsible for the development of graphic design from initial concept to final completion, working with Creative Director, Graphic Artist, Accounts Manager and Programming teams to ensure the smooth delivery of all projects
2.Working with Junior Designers to assist them and ensure their continued development and keep up to date with all emerging technologies and design techniques
3.Job duties include planning, work allocation, monitoring and designing diverse electronic variants such as interactive presentations, flash presentations, websites, kiosk and other design peace
4.Creating and executing design concepts and develops artwork for a variety of Multimedia activities
5.Working with Art Director to develop design concepts

1.You need to have 6+ years of experience in creating graphic works
2.Detail oriented, well organized and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
3.Leadership, communication and team building skills
4.Demonstrated skill managing multiple projects
5.Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
6.Ability to mentor junior designers
7.Must have excellent working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, QuarkExpress, colour theory, typography, Design standards and corporate identity
8.A strong and diverse portfolio
9.Experience in handling international projects
10.Graphic Artist must possess artistic ability and creative thinking for designing eye-catching and effective graphics
11.Exceptional ability to apply Graphic design skills, including drawing/sketching, typography, concept ideation, colour theory, use of texture, spacing and scale
12.Propose strategies for layouts and artistic concepts and must be able to create visual images that engage and attract
13.Artist need to be responsive to customer needs; able to create new and original ideas, thorough and detailed
