Job Description : The General Profiles of “our” kind of people are given below. We have a perennial requirement for all the types listed. Openings are for Freshers & also for managerial positions. Freshers, who believe that they have what it takes, can confidently apply for any of the below positions. Professionals applying for managerial posts must fulfill all the criteria listed for their position. In all the cases, the pay package is simply not a constraint for the right candidates.
Marketing Professionals: Freshers: We are primarily looking at an imaginative mind, exceptional on general knowledge, high on integrity & a multi-tasker. The incumbents would be responsible for developing initiatives for furthering our brand & increase industry esteem and preference. Other responsibilities include managing customer relations & continuously building a client base. For managerial positions - only experiences in the entertainment, hospitality, human resource & event management sectors will be considered relevant.
Event Manager : Must have at least four years experience in stagecraft, good working knowledge of sound & lighting, special effects & broadcasting systems, a trouble shooter par excellence, should thrive in high pressure situations, high on integrity & fluent in English & the local language. Prior track record as a radio jockey or an emcee would be a huge advantage. Freshers possessing some of these basic qualities can apply too.
Master of ceremonies: A party animal who needs to be the “life” of every event. Openings are for full time male & female emcees. Must be a linguist, flawlessly fluent in at least four languages. Must also be physically fit; possess unlimited energy & a superlative sense of humour, a passion for travel, nature & “roughing it out”. A working knowledge of team building activities will be an added bonus. The incumbents will have the responsibility of anchoring all our property events, being the motivators for all our adventure events & sophisticated enough to handle all our corporate events & team building exercises. Freshers possessing some of these basic qualities can apply too.
Graphics Geek: A wizard who can fire the viewer’s imagination by developing High-end Digital Content. Must be adept at tools like Flash, QuarkXpress, 3D Max, Shake, Maya, Corel, Adobe, Html & Java programming. Job responsibilities include maintaining our website, creating eye catching brochures, posters, flyers & ingenious ad layouts for the print media, continuously designing new templates for user interfaces, mailers & newsletters for our web media, making state of the art presentations & marketing collateral in tune with the script provided & taking charge of the audio visual equipment during events to display “live” the relevant graphics, ads & presentations on the screens. Freshers possessing some of these basic qualities can apply too.
