Job Details :

• This position acts as an interface between the mall management and the internal & external customers.
• Incharge & supervision of Information Desk, Food Court, Car Parking, Security, House Keeping, Maintenance etc.
• Shall devise systems and procedures to ensure customer’s delight.
• Introduce measures & facilities in the mall to improve customer experience.
• Dealing with issues and responding to complaints & grievances.

Required :

• Strong customer service orientation.
• Should be a team player with good communication and negotiation skills.
