Job Description :

Deliver high standard of customer service for Airline – Call Center Operations. Receive inbound calls from Passengers and answer their questions / Feedback / Queries.

Desired :

Graduates with good verbal and written communication skills in English. 0 – 2 years of experience in International or Domestic Call Center with flexibility to work in 24/7 shifts. Freshers are also encouraged.
