- Direct Interaction with customers located in the USA/ UK/ AUS/ Canada over the phone/ Voice as the first face to the customer (Inbound) & Email Support
- Handle queries Billing/Customer Service/Retentions related issues and address the same ensuring customer satisfaction and complete retention with iYogi.
- Responsible for End to End customer satisfaction and address issues related to customer retention.
- Managing and updating customer details based on the query.
- Achieve Call Quality requirements as outlined via process guidelines.
- Good communication skills is a must.
- Willing to work in 24/7 shifts.
