Job Responsibilities:

• Plans and monitors project progress on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and highlight variance from budget estimates
• Co-ordinates with client/ Independent Engineer/financial institutions / Lenders Engineer for facilitating smooth and timely implementation of project
• Co-ordinates & follows up with site & financial institutions/banks for release of timely payments
• Checks/ verifies bills of contractors/vendors and prepares fund disbursement requests (to be submitted to banks)
• Maintains close Liaoning with banks/financial institutions for smooth disbursement of funds in a timely manner
• Assists in resolving contractual issues in consultation with EPC Contractor and project development team
• Responsible for maintaining all the records pertaining to implementation of project and apprising the project development team from time to time
• Prepares MIS and all other related records as required
• Assists the Project Development team in mobilization of site management staff, construction contractor & design consultant
