Handling / Trouble-Shooting Data & Voice related problems.
Understanding Passive Design, Cabling Design, Termination IOS and Jack Tunnels & types of Fibre Cables.

Desired :
Basic Hardware and Cabling Knowledge.
Good Communication Skills.
