Desired :
Need to be a graduate with minimum 6months experience in Call Centre.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Should be able to converse and understand in US, UK & Aus Accent
Basic understanding of the E2E Business Process
Basic knowledge of the systems and procedures
Basic communication etiquettes
Speaking fluently in neutral accent
Ability to handle fluctuating work loads
Flexible working in shift
