Job Title : Technical Helpdesk
Experience: 0 – 1 years
Job Description : The incumbent will be responsible for providing Level-1 Technical Support to HCL’s business clients. He / She will be responsible to provide voice support to the clients and provide online technical resolution. Incumbent should open for 24X7 operations.
Desired : Experience: 4 months to 12 months.
Any Graduation / 3 years Diploma (government recognized institute).
Excellent Communications skills (written/Verbal) & Good Customer Handling skills.
