Job Description :
Responsible for first level support of all Ocwen IT systems
Creation of trouble tickets NT, Mail, and Novell Account administration Problem determination for Ocwen Internal Applications, Windows (95 thru XP), Microsoft Office
Provide telephone support for Frequently Asked Questions Effective escalation and follow-up with trouble tickets
Co-ordination and followup of all MAC (Move, Add, Change) activities

Ensure 100% resolution of escalations.
Ensure accurate and timely response to user problems.
Understand the urgency and accordingly prioritize issues.
Understanding of the Ocwen IT environment.
Undestand the problem and escalate it to the correct 2nd level of escalation.

Desired :
Graduate
Experience or certifications in Microsoft Windows (95 thru XP desktop and server,) Microsoft Office and e-mail systems required.
The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year experience working in high volume help desks.
Must have good interpersonal and telephone skills with the ability to present a highly professional presence to callers.
Must be able to work overtime and shift work.
Prior experience with Siebel trouble ticketing system a plus
