This will involve working exceptionally closely with customers, sharing knowledge, leveraging hp’s experience and knowledge, and driving the creation of structured intellectual capital. 
To provide L3 support on Microsoft Windows OS platform servers and Vmware
Multiple customers across the globe with differing shift timings and support processes
Incident/problem/change management
Analysis of the environment and perform root cause analysis for identified problems
The role will report to a Delivery Manager
Responsible for the build and configuration of all W2K systems, monitoring of systems with 3rd party tools (OpenView, Mercury, Quest Foglight) and Java scripting, repair of hardware, run regular backups of systems, testing and installing patches and upgrades, installation of Siebel application and components, systems security

Desired : Bachelors degree in engineering; diploma holders will be considered in exceptional cases
At least 5 years of experience on Microsoft server platforms
Previous experience of a process-oriented support environment in a similar organization
Relevant certifications highly desirable
Excellent communication and technical skills
Need to be flexible in terms of work timings, location etc
Skills:  MSCE credentials for W2K/W2K3; Microsoft Cluster Server (MSCS)
Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition (SAVCE) 7.X, 8.X, 9.X, 10.X,
Microsoft FTP Server, Microsoft DNS, Microsoft DHCP, Autonomy
Linux System Administration
