Job Description : HP Business Process Delivery Organisation caters to the Non English operations for Global customers of Europe and EMEA markets.
This position will work in these operations catering to high standards of customer service and work with HP values and meet objectives as part of a team and work towards achieving high operational excellence standards and work within a performance culture.

Job Description :  Timely and accurate day-to-day transaction / translation processing activities involving usage of Foreign language.
Translation or transaction processing into the Foreign Language or from Foreign Language to English
Handling and closing escalations on Process related issues
Taking part in projects, language learning circles and language training.
Handling language translations/interpretations as and when required.
Taking part in and driving quality and efficiency projects
Reporting, analyzing, reviewing metrics to find out root cause and corrective action plan and execution of the same.
Keen focus on language accuracy and enhancement of language skills of the team. 

Desired : Any Graduate / Post Graduate Degree or Certificate Course
Experience : 0 - 6 years of industry experience
good English and German communication skills, both oral and written
Should be comfortable with MS-Office and have good typing skills
Should be proficient in the foreign language preferably with any industry working experience.
Should have worked in roles which involve reporting / people management / process management.
Excellent co-ordination and team skills and able to work in shifts
Should be open to learning, flexible and adaptable to working in India.
Experience of working in a multi-national environment / cross-functional teams is an advantage
