Job Description: 1. Execute the shift in the store as per the agreed plan.
2. Planning for staff deployment during the shift.
3. Carry out Local sales marketing like door hanging, newspaper insertion, corporate calling etc.
4. To carry out staff meeting at periodic intervals & ensure motivation of the team.
5. Updation of various MIS reports like usage of food cost, sale report etc.
6. Handling customer quarries & staff concerns.
7. Ensure upkeep of store premises & manage all the equipments of the store for smooth operational flow.
8. Handling representative of various government bodies and communicate the same to store manager.
9. Ensure training of the team members.

Desired : B.H.M./ Diploma in Hotel Management with 1 year experience
Any Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in Retail
