Job Location : Bengaluru/Bangalore 

Job Description :

• Develop the appropriate level costing models for new services offerings as they pass through the various gates within the Concept to Cash life cycle.
• Engineer rates using a Standard Rate Builder Tool, bills of material / bills of labor and key delivery metrics with the objective of creating rates which reflect the point of optimal utilization & productivity.
• Act in partnership with the Service Delivery/Operations, Sales/Marketing and Engineering teams to optimize the rate structure in a manner that maximizes margin outcomes.
• Generate standard financial reports: o Summary P&L o Detail P&L o Cash Flow o Pricing & Transfer cost reporting

Desired:

• ICWA, CIMA, MBA, CA acceptable).
• US GAAP exposure Preferred Financial Costing / Modeling with an ability to identify key cost drivers and structure meaningful metrics that align proper incentives between desired operating and financial outcomes Margin Analysis with the demonstrated capacity to use pricing, cost, and utilization data to create dynamic financial models required for the price Certifications, financial business plans, and service line cost rates.
• 2-3 Years experience working in a global service or manufacturing industry performing service or product costing or pricing Exposure to large ERP applications.
• Strong competency in Microsoft Office packages – Access , Excel & PowerPoint Excellent Analytical skills and problem solving ability Excellent written and verbal communication skills
