Job Description :
Recruitment of game testers
Administration of employees in the QC Department

Responsibilities:
Recruitment of testers:
Mailing : Selecting the Resumes received in jobsindia@ubisoft.com
Contacting the testing institutes in Pune and implementing partnerships with them
Organizing technical test sessions
Following-up the test results with the QC Coordinator
Organizing interviews with the QC Coordinator and with the HR Manager
Making the Employment contracts
Administration of employees in the QC Department:
Welcoming the new testers and doing all the HR formalities
Doing the paper work related to HR issues
Assisting the leads and QC Coordinator on HR related issues

Teamwork abilities

Required skills:
Good knowledge of computer OS/Office
Good level in English (oral and writing)
