Education: MBA/PGDM – HR/Industrial Relations

Job Description :

• Taking care of full recruitment cycle from requirement generation till joining of the candidate.
• Framing and designing new HR policies for organizational development.
• Maintain & timely updating Employee Personal Records and Employee Informations.
• Effective utilization of tools like head-hunting, job portals, internal resource, employee referrals etc for the purpose of sourcing.
• Negotiating with candidates, delivering offer letters and post-offer follow up activities.
• Facilitaing for soft skill courses in communication, team building, leadership, motivation etc.

Desired :

• Candidate should have relevant degree in the field of Human Resource Management.
• Candidates should have english-medium academic background throughout their career.
• Should be proficient in working on MS-Office package.
