Desired :
Freshers and HR professionals having expertise in complete gamut of HR responsibilities which would involve pre and post recruitment process. The role primarily requires making recruitments within the shortest turnaround time. Incumbent would be the first point of contact for staff members for all HR issues. Would be part of recruitment cycle in sync with production. Responsible for formulation and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Monitor attendance and ensure that all administrative tasks are carried out within the deadlines. Prepare salary information for the Accounts.
