Job description :

• Analysing Organization’s nature & Work environment
• Designing cost effective employee engagement activities
• Implementing engagement activities on time bound basis
• Experience in creating/writing daily/ weekly / Monthly column publications
• Problem solving ability and good in employee suggestion systems
• Good in designing, Employee information system, Engagement Question Systems,
• Periodical Engagement Survey and Analysis
• Good in Reporting
• Preferably female candidates
• Overall, with high interpersonal skill

Desired :

• Good Communication skill with ability in public / mass addressing
• Hands on working knowledge in Employee Relation / People Management / Engagement Activities
• Should have exposure in IT / ITES environments
• Minimum 2+ yrs of experience
• Female candidates only can apply
