Education: MBA/PGDM – HR/Industrial Relations

Job Description :

1. US HR Generalist profile, End to End HR process
2. Coordination with the Consultants in US for various reasons
3. New hire process, preparation of letters, arrangement of office assets & informing the department about the new hire, Sending new kit to the new hires
4. Termination process.
5. Letter preparation, verification, vacation letters, experienced letters, Handling queries from departments.
6. SAP updating

Desired :

1. Should be innovative to identify gaps and streamline process.
2. Able to maintain large data files for updating HRIS. (Human Resource Information System)
3. Should be good in MS office.
4. Can handle help-desk, general employees & vendor calls, Business card process.
5. Should have good communication skills and must be self-drive.
6. Shift Timings: 02:00pm to 011:00pm (Half Day Half Night )
7. Self mode of travelling.
