Job Location: Pune

Job Description :

• Handling end to end recruitment
• Vendor management
• Sourcing profiles from Job Portal, Network, Vendor and internal reference
• Initial Validation, Interview scheduling – HR discussion
• Salary negotiation
• Handling Campus recruitments
• Reporting and MIS up date on daily basis

Desired :

• Post graduation would be prefered
• Previous work experience in recruitments, preferably in a consultancy
• Assertive and aggressive, ability to find and hire talent for our varied clients
• Previous work exposure in BFSI and / or ITES segment
